Behind that mill, a Tremec TKO600 5-speed spins comfortably between a billet steel flywheel, a Street & Performance pressure plate, a McLeod hydraulic clutch and a Lakewood bellhousing. That proven gearbox drives a body-matched Ford 9-inch, which pushes what appears to be a custom, thoroughly reinforced chassis. At the nose of that chassis, a Heidts Superide II front half props the engine up using proven coil-over-shocks and modern rack-and-pinion steering. At the back of that chassis, a modern 4-bar setup utilizes two more coil-overs to maintain ride height and increase grip. 4-wheel disc brakes are a welcome addition and big performance upgrade.
