Restomod with EFI, 4-wheel power disc brakes, A/C, power steering, Houndstooth!
Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com for additional photos, information and a video. Restomods are the hottest things on the planet right now, and this 1968 Camaro is a good example of why that is. With great muscle car looks that new cars simply can't match, this Camaro is a real head turner! Add to that the reliability of fuel injection, the comfort of modern A/C, the drivability of power steering and power 4-wheel disc brakes and you've got a restomod muscle car! Let's start with the exterior of this First-Generation Camaro. This car received a long and arduous restoration that ended in a high gloss jet black paint job being sprayed over the smooth and straight restored body. A cowl hood was added along with all new trim, mirrors, door handles, bumpers, and lights. This Camaro is kept clean and slick with no extra badging, no spoilers, and no stripes. Drop the black convertible top to reveal a black and white Houndstooth interior with a white shifter knob controlling a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. A modern sound system has been installed to the tune of $2,000. The real gem is under the hood, where a crate GM 350 is topped with aluminum heads, full-length headers, and aluminum intake, and FI-Tech fuel injection! A/C, power steering and power brakes have been installed to make this a great cruiser in any weather. Tubular control arms up front, big sway bars and adjustable coil-over shocks not only look great, but also add to the long-haul capability of this Camaro. This car is fully restored and comes with receipts that total more than $80,000 for the build. With just 1,372 miles since built, this car has a ton of life left to give and is ready to make the next owner very proud. This vehicle is eligible for an Extended Service Contract through Classic Vehicle Protection. Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com/warranty for more information.
