"Low Mile California Special"

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this low mile 2007 Ford Mustang GT/CS for your consideration. The California Special was a limited edition Mustang variant that was produced from 2007 to 2009. Just over 5000 California Specials were produced. Powered by a 4.6L V8, power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission. The example offered here has had a Roush axle-back exhaust and Ford Performance cold air intake installed.

Redfire is the color option that was selected for this California Special Mustang GT thus making it #271 of #1235 California Specials to be produced in the color. The exterior paint is in spectacular condition. Also featured on the exterior are 18inch 5-spoke aluminum wheels, grille-mounted fog light inserts, and special California Special decals.

Complementing the exterior is a clean Black with Dove accent leather interior. Both the leather and chrome trim are in great condition and the interior as a whole is exceptionally clean. There are many features you would expect to find in a modern car that are featured on this car. These features include heated seats, airbags, traction control, ABS, air conditioning, power seats, power mirrors, and power locks. With the steering wheel-mounted cruise control buttons, this car is just as much at home blasting through country roads as it is cruising coastline highways.

Designed in 2004, the fifth-generation Mustang brought all-new retro styling cues from the original cars at the perfect time when the market was clamoring for retro-themed automobiles. Utilizing revised mechanicals, the new Mustang was powered by a 4.0L V6 and a 4.6L V8. The Mustang GT featured an all-aluminum 4.6 L 3-valve SOHC Modular V8 with variable camshaft timing and the engine produces 300 hp @ 5750 rpm and 320 lb·ft of torque @ 4500 rpm. The GT model was capable of performing a quarter-mile test in 13.8 seconds @ 99 MPH, with acceleration from zero to 60 MPH in 5.6 seconds. The Mustang GT also came equipped with a limited-slip differential.
