The P-51a Mustang is the names sake of the famous p-51a Mustang fighter jet that has helped America through multiple wars. The P-51a package comes in an appealing vapor gray paint job complimented by dark army green accents, a gray interior and multiple P-51a touches through out the vehicle. Giving this Mustang flight is a supercharged 4.6 liter V8 motor mated to a stout manual transmission with a short throw shifter. Upgrades to the motor include intake manifold, intercooler, radiator, cold air induction system, forged aluminum pistons, forged steel H-beam connecting rods, forged steel crankshaft, unique high flow injectors, unique fuel rail, dual 60mm electronic throttle body, upgraded fuel system and ROUSH calibrated ECM. All of this adds up to an amazing 510hp from Roush. Roush also upgraded the suspension with a stage 3 package including upgraded front struts, rear shocks, pinion snubbers, front and rear springs, front and rear sway bars and ROUSH wheel hop reduction kit. Additional features include 4-wheel power disc brakes, power windows, power locks, power steering as well as working heat and A/C.
