STK 2751 1965 Ford Mustang

This 1965 Mustang coupe is a stunning example of this popular American icon. The current owner has been the caretaker of this classic for over 25 years and a full restoration was conducted in 2018. The straight body was refinished in Ebony Black with Cobra-style stripes and matte black Pacer slotted wheels that give the exterior a bold look. Its interior was reupholstered in custom 'Pony' black/gray vinyl - door cards, carpeting, dash and wheel are all in very good condition. The coupe is equipped with tinted windows and an aftermarket AM/FM sound system. This 'C'-code Mustang left the factory with a 289/2V powerplant. The 289 has been totally rebuilt (1995) and fitted with mild street cam, 4-barrel carburetor, tube headers and stainless exhaust. It is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission.
