"Royal Knight Edition"

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1981 Chevrolet El Camino Royal Knight Edition for purchase. In what is technically known as a “coupe utility”, the car combined with a truck flatbed is crowd pleaser today. These cars with flatbeds were born out of a demand for periodic flatbed handiness while not having to drive a work truck every day of the week. The El Camino lives on as a unique collector car that has a powerful engine and is very fun to drive.

This 1981 El Camino is a Royal Knight Edition with the original factory decals and trim. This vehicle is from Michigan, but was always stored winters while the owners lived half the year in Florida. This is a stock survivor that has been very well maintained and extensively gone through. It has never had its frame off for a restoration. The only upgrade that isn't reflective of stock condition is a new air conditioning and heater system. It also features power brakes, power steering, new tires (less than 50 miles on them), new brakes, new shocks, new exhaust, new carburetor, new water pump, new bed mat, a rebuilt starter, and a rebuilt alternator.
