One the baddest fifth generation Camaros we've ever featured. Built by Source Interlink Media (parent company of the Motor Trend Automotive Group) for SEMA 2011, some of the best names in the business were called in to help. The body remains in stock GM ford with Summit White paint and Inferno Orange stripes. As a true RS/SS it's a heavily optioned car with nearly every possible option. From the HID headlights to the RS exclusive tail lights, every piece still appears showroom fresh. Under the hood a 7.0L LS7 V8 built by Thomson Automotive cranks out over 800 street-friendly horsepower thanks to an upgraded cam, forged steel crank, forged I-beam rods and forged-aluminum coated pistons and LS9 heads and, most importantly, the LS9 TVS positive-displacement supercharger. The sound is awesome and the wall of power is unparalleled. Backing that monster V8 is a Rockland Standard Gear TranZilla 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to a NASCAR-style rear end housing 3.73 gears. The stock suspension has been upgraded with the Pedders Pace Car Package. Speed sensitive power steering and huge four-wheel disc brakes further aid this Camaro through the twisties. The factory Stabilitrak system with launch control is still in place and functioning flawlessly. At the corners, 20 inch American Racing wheels are wrapped in Nitto rubber. Inside, an Inferno Orange leather interior awaits. With tons of options including the heads up display and premium stereo, this car is every bit as comfortable as it is brutal.
