This engine was built by Milt Shornak (Former Royal Pontiac mechanic and drag car driver). Upon first glance, it appears to be factory stock but turn the key and youll quickly find it actually has 456 screaming horse power. (Casting #9778789, Date Code D146) Combine that with a 4 speed muncie manual transmission and a 3.55:1 Safe-T-Track (Posi) rear end. Then, lastly it puts the power to the ground with an original set of Hurst Performance Wheels.
This is a real-deal GTO with PHS documentation. The car has only accumulated 6600 miles since its restoration. It runs, drives and handles great. With the power, style, options and presentation, this is one outrageous GTO.
