The 2006 Dodge Charger marked the return of the iconic Charger nameplate, reborn as a full-size, rear-wheel-drive four-door sedan. Built on Chrysler's LX platform, the Charger helped launch a new generation of modern Mopar muscle alongside vehicles like the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum. With bold styling, available Hemi V8 power, and rear-wheel-drive performance, the 2006 Charger R/T brought muscle-car attitude back to the sedan world.

Exterior:
The car is finished in Inferno Red Crystal Pearlcoat and features fog lights, Dodge's signature crosshair grille with chrome surround and black honeycomb-style inserts, and bold chrome “HEMI” script badges on the front fenders. The long hood, wide stance, and muscular body lines give the Charger R/T an aggressive look that still feels unmistakably Mopar. The 18” wheels are mounted with 225/60R18 Yokohama YK740 tires with 2019 DOT date codes.

Interior:
The interior is trimmed in gray leather and features a power-adjustable driver seat. Appointments include cold air conditioning, cruise control, factory AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, power door locks, and power mirrors. The steering wheel sits ahead of white-dial instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, tachometer with a 5,750-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 142,552 miles.

Engine:
Power comes from a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 that was factory rated at 340 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. The Hemi gives this Charger R/T the V8 sound, torque, and personality that made these early LX-platform cars stand out when new.

Transmission:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission, giving the Charger smooth cruising manners with plenty of muscle ready when called on.

Wheels and Tires:
The 18” wheels are mounted with 225/60R18 Yokohama YK740 tires with 2019 DOT date codes.

Brakes:
Stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.

Service:
A replacement battery was installed in June 2026 in preparation for the sale.
