1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1, 351 V8, PS, PB, Factory A/C, Automatic
Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 27th year in the classic and muscle car business. Ford's 1971-1973 Mustangs were the largest cars in the model's 61 year history, but the availability of potent engine options also made these Mustangs some of the quickest. Considered the last of the first generation Mustangs, these cars were 3" wider to accommodate Ford's new big block, leaving plenty of room for working on small blocks. Also, the longer wheelbase tends to provide a more comfortable ride, which is an important detail for us aging boomers! This sweet 1973 Mustang Mach 1 is a fine example of these pretty ponies that may seem like a Clydesdale but boasts the heart of a thoroughbred. Speaking of hearts, this gem is sporting the deep breathing 351 Cleveland V8 that's been fortified with a Summit Racing carburetor, an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, and a set of long tube headers. Additional features include power steering, power front disc brakes, factory air conditioning, automatic transmission, console, front and rear stabilizer bars, correct paint and trim codes ( 6E, AF), tough Ford 9" rear end with 2.75 gears, dual exhaust with H-pipe, front and rear spoilers, backlight louvres, a newer audio system, and B.F.G. Radial T/A's (235/60R15 F, 275/60R15 R) wrapped around American Racing Ansen Sprint slotted alloy wheels. If this divine equine belongs in your stable, call the Texas Hill Country's premier source for classic cars and the team that can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
