VERY SLICK BUILD! BUILT 6.2L LS3 V8, TREMEC 6 SPD MANUAL, PS, WILWOOD DISC BRKS, A/C, CAGE, WOW!
Transformed from a classic into a modern marvel, this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Pro Touring Restomod balances aggressive looks with cutting-edge performance. The black exterior makes a bold statement giving this machine a muscular stance that's both intimidating and refined. Those massive 18" Forgeline wheels wrapped in BFG rubber (275/35ZR18 front and 315/30ZR18 rear) provide the perfect finishing touch.
The black interior has been completely reimagined for maximum performance with Procar racing bucket seats and RCI harnesses keeping you firmly planted during aggressive driving. AutoMeter gauges provide vital information at a glance while the Vintage Air A/C system maintains comfort no matter the outside temperature. The suede steering wheel offers excellent grip, and a Kenwood head unit tucked discreetly in the glove box provides entertainment options. The full roll cage adds structural rigidity and safety while eliminating the rear seat for a true race-inspired cockpit.
At its core lies a 6.2L LS3 V8 engine featuring forged connecting rods, Mahle pistons, a revised camshaft, ported heads, and a Melling oil pump for reliable power delivery. The Tremec T56 6-speed manual transmission with LS7-spec clutch transfers power to a 9-inch rear with 31-spline axles, TrueTrac differential, and 3.71 gears. QA1 suspension components include tubular A-arms and adjustable coil-overs up front, with a 4-link setup in the rear plus subframe connectors. Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners provide excellent stopping power to match the impressive acceleration.
