1979 Pontiac Trans-am, 6.6 liter, 4 speed automatic transmission, 41k miles

You are looking at an original survivor 1979 Pontiac Trans-am, well maintained with one repaint. It has only 41,000 actual miles, runs and drives real good, the a/c blows cold, the heater needs the heater core replaced. The tires have been replaced once and are due for replacement based on age not wear. the fluids were changed, pretty amazing example right out of 1979. The current owner contacted PHS Pontiac historical society and they had on record a duplicate copy of the factory window sticker and build sheet showing the options on the car. It was sold new at Harold Ashlock motors in Bonham Texas. Power comes from the original 6.6 liter v-8, 4 speed automatic transmission, positrac rear differential, and dual exhaust. The quality of the paint is very good driver quality, better than the original factory paint. The hood decal was replaced after it was painted and the decal is starting to show its age.
