1970 FRONT CLIP/REAR BUMPER, FUEL INJ 5.3L V8, 4L60E AUTO, 9IN, A/C CAR, PS, DISC BRKS, CAGE, TUBBED
This 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Pro Touring underwent a transformation with a 1970 Chevelle front and rear conversion. The blue metallic paint creates a powerful presence, accented by silver racing stripes. The modified profile features aluminum hood pins and deep-tinted glass. The stance comes from staggered Coys wheels - 18-inch front and massive 20-inch rear, wrapped in Michelin rubber (245/40ZR18 front, 345/30ZR20 rear).
The black interior centers on performance. TMI custom bucket seats keep you planted during hard cornering, complemented by a 4-point roll cage. A billet steering wheel links to Dakota Digital gauges for critical information and the staple shifter rises from the center console. While this muscle car has provisions for air conditioning, it will need servicing to get blowing cold again as the compressor is not engaging.
The fuel injected 5.3L V8 links to a 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission and built, narrowed 9-inch rear end. Tubular A-arms with coil springs lead the front, while ladder bars and adjustable coilovers control the rear. Wilwood disc brakes provide stopping power, as long tube headers connect to a Black Widow dual exhaust. A serpentine belt system and billet hood hinges round out the engine bay upgrades.
