1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z28

Classic Car Addict is proud to present this 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z28 for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. Back in 1967, GM rushed out the F-body styles to counter the unpredictable popularity of the Mustang. While the generations changed the Camaro greatly over the years, the main themes stayed the same. Low, quick power and style to go tear up the roads never go out of style. The 3rd generation Camaro's ran from 1982 to 1992 and were the first of the line to offer modern fuel injection and a strong 700R4 automatic transmission.
The interior is upholstered in gray cloth and features a power adjustable driver's seat, a Delco cassette stereo, air conditioning, cruise control, center console storage, power windows, power locks, and power mirrors. The steering wheel frames a 145-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an inset oil pressure gauge, coolant temp, fuel level, and volts. The five-digit odometer shows 12,503 miles, which has been rolled over.
The car was recently fully repainted in its factory bright red under current ownership and details include IROC-Z graphics, body color ground effects, black faux hood louvers and fog lights. The 16” IROC alloy wheels are mounted with new Falken tires, 245/50R16's all the way around. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The 5.7-liter L98 V8 was equipped with a tuned port Injection system for a factory rating of 225 horsepower and 330 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
