1972 Ford Mustang Mach 1 351 5-Speed
This 1972 Mach 1 is painted Medium Bright Yellow (6E) with a modified 351ci Cleveland and Tremec five speed transmission. The H-code 351ci Cleveland V8 is equipped with a MSD ignition, Holley Stealth EFI, polished long-tube headers, performance camshaft and aluminum radiator with electric fans. A Tremec five-speed manual transmission is linked to a rebuilt 9″ rear end with replacement gears and bearings.
The exterior is painted Medium Bright Yellow (6E) and the black side stripes have been painted on. The car has front and rear spoilers, hood scoops, Mach 1 graphics, and rear window louvers. The car has 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels, BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires, and power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The interior was reupholstered and Dynamat insulation, Vintage Air climate control system and Speedhut gauges were installed. The modern stereo is linked to an amplifier, Rockford Fosgate speakers, and a 10″ subwoofer.
