1968 DODGE CHARGER, GEN III HEMI,TWIN TURBOS, WILWOOD BRAKES, CUSTOM INTERIOR!!

In 1968 Dodge introduced its second generation Charger. Along with door scallops, the iconic dual circular taillights were introduced and ONLY available in '68.

1968 also marked the introduction of the High Performance R/T or Road/Track Package. With the 440 Magnum producing 375HP, the charger was a muscle car to be reckoned with. To add to its legend, the 1968 Charger was part of the one of the most influential car chase scenes in Film History as it raced through the streets of San Francisco in the 1968 film Bullitt

This Charger R/T underwent a complete restoration and is truly immaculate.

This black on black beauty is stunning inside and out and is complimented nicely by its red tail stripe.

The Original 440 Magnum engine was taken out and replaced by a GEN III HEMI crate engine with TWIN TURBOS. Accompanying this beast is a 4L80E Hughes automatic transmission. The rear end is a dana 60 with a customer 4- link suspension and coil overs.

The front K-member has been upgraded to a custom tubular set-up with rack & pinion steering and huge Wilwood disc brakes. This Charger sits on custom staggered 18x8" and 19x12" Budnik wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. Inside the interior features a tilt column Dakota Digital gauges and Vintage Air. The Charger is set up with keyless start and has only 150 miles since completion!
