It's hard to think of a compact muscle car without immediately thinking of the legendary Chevrolet Nova, and when it comes to this specific '72 Nova, it's easy to see why. There's a little bit of history to this car, too: it was garage-kept by an elderly lady for 20+ years before it was comprehensively restored in 2007. At the time it was restored, it had 52,000 original miles on the odometer! The cool features on this Nova don't stop there, though. Popping open the hood reveals a balanced 350 C.I. V8, bored .40 over. Everything was new when rebuilt according to the previous owner, and the engine comes with a 4-bolt main, a cast crankshaft, flat-top pistons, a Comp. Cam, roller rockers, and Summit Racing ceramic-coated headers in addition to breathing through a 4-barrel carburetor. With the way the V8 mill runs, it's clear that there was no expense spared on the restoration for this low-milage Nova. Torque is put to the pavement through a rebuilt TH350 3-speed automatic transmission, which shifts smoothly and seamlessly as this Nova glides down the road. The exterior's laser-straight bodylines are coated in gleaming GM "Silver Base Coat / Clear Coat" paint, which was done in 2007 to an excellent shine in the sun with a wonderful show-quality finish. The chrome brightwork on this Nova is fantastic as well, and the floors, frame, trunk, and jambs are all very solid and in great shape! Opening the twin doors and stepping inside reveals an interior that's spartan but functional, with comfy textured cloth & vinyl bench seats and factory gauges sitting in the dashboard. Options on this sweet '72 Nova include power steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, an aftermarket steering wheel, a B&M shifter, an upgraded Sony AM/FM digital radio, aftermarket speakers, dual chrome mirrors, vent windows, and a great-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on a striking new set of black & chrome 17" U.S. Mag wheels wrapped with new blackwall tires for an aggressive, muscular look that suits this car well. Getting behind the wheel makes it clear that this Nova runs and drives fantastic, ready to be taken to your next show the minute you turn the key. With the comprehensive restoration it went through and its remarkable low-milage history, this Nova won't be sticking around for long, so don't let it pass you by! It's just a call away from being in your driveway.
