The Chevrolet Camaro is about as American as baseball and apple pie, and so is the performance that a resto-mod brings. This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro combines the best of both vintage and modern muscle, with its unmistakably-cool retro style and tire-melting modern upgrades. This split-bumper Camaro's total restoration is the complete package, coming with TONS of receipts for the work done to it. The upgrades start under the hood, where a behemoth 489 C.I. Summit Racing V8 sits ready to rock & roll. That V8's big-block features a specialty Competition cam for more lift, and forged flat pistons for better flame travel! Additionally, "rectangle port" aluminum AFR heads sit atop the block, reducing weight and allowing for even more power! Sitting atop the intake manifold is an 800CFM 4-barrel carburetor, which lets this Camaro let loose at the push of a throttle. Connected to the 489 V8 is a quick-shifting 4-speed manual transmission, which is good for responsive action whenever you're ready to smoke an opponent at a red light. The exterior's straight bodylines are covered in a good-looking red metallic paint, which looks fantastic in the sun. In order to fit the massive engine, a prominent cowl hood really makes this Camaro stand out! This Camaro's pro-touring build means this car is built for long-distance drives and carving through curvy roads, and to do that, there's plenty of suspension enhancements. These include a suspension package from Speed Tech, Wilwood disc brakes, an adjustable coilover front suspension, tubular control arms, and a Quick Performance Ford 9" rear end! Opening the doors to the interior reveals fully-custom vinyl trim, with two-tone black and red bucket seats, aftermarket gauges, and a new AM/FM digital radio for cranking out the tunes! The car rides on an eye-catching set of staggered Foose chrome wheels, 17" up front and 18" in the rear for a truly athletic stance. This '73 Camaro is extremely lean, mean and loud, and with all these upgrades, it's ready to carve up curves at the turn of a key. Want a show-stopping ride that you can hop in, put in gear, and hit the road with? This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro may be just what you're looking for.
