This classic 1994 Mustang SVT Cobra is one of only 5,009 produced in this the first year of production. It is virtually original and the Crystal White finish is in excellent condition. Exterior accents include a Cobra front fascia, rear decklid spoiler and a set of 17” 5-spoke chromed alloy wheels that mount performance radials. The factory interior is upholstered in Saddle Tan leather that is also in outstanding condition. This sporty Hoss is well optioned with A/C, power tinted windows, dual front air bags, tilt wheel, cruise, power locks, keyless entry, Cobra white-faced gauges and Mach 460 AM/FM/Cassette/CD sound system. The Mustang is powered by Ford's Cobra 5.0L Windsor HO V8. This version of the 5.0 was developed by Ford's SVT Group and utilized GT40 heads w/larger valves and an upgraded intake/EFI injection. The stout 5.0 was rated at 240bhp and 285lb/ft of torque and is backed by a Borg Warner 5-speed manual gearbox w/Hurst shifter and factory positraction differential. The chassis is equipped with power steering and power ABS 4-wheel disc brakes that are SVT designed with huge 13”f/11.5”r rotors. The '94 Mustang Cobra had a much-improved suspension that resulted in better handling and a more comfortable ride. Thanks to chassis stiffening, progressive rate springs, longer control arms and anti-roll bars the Cobra was capable of a skid pad number of 0.87g.
