1 of just 861 built by Choo Choo Customs, this 1987 El Camino is a rare find! This is the real deal with the sticker in the door, emblem on the dash, Monte Carlo SS front end, and more!
Under the hood is a potent crate 350 CID V8 engine, paired to a 3-speed automatic that shifts through a B&M Quicksilver shifter. Cold A/C, power steering, and power front disc brakes make this a great cruising Super Sport.
The interior looks great in gray cloth with a JVC AM/FM/CD player in the dash. This car has a clean CarFax and shows it has been in Florida since at least 1991. There are no records before that.
The exterior has been repainted in a Burgundy Metallic paint which is paired with Grand National alloy wheels, a black tonneau cover, and sweet functional side pipe exhaust. With dual exhaust running to glass pack mufflers and exiting the rear, this El Camino has a nice muscle car sound.
Other options include power windows, power locks, remote mirror, tilt steering wheel, and cloth upholstered bucket seats. New parts include: tires, Holley 600 CFM carburetor, stainless steel brake lines, master cylinder, brake booster, rotors, bearings, calipers, entire front suspension including tubular control arms, fuel tank, fuel sending unit, shocks, headliner, carpet, and more!
The paint does have some imperfections, but that is why we're asking in the low twenties, and not the mid to high thirties! This would be a great rare car to drive as it is, or have the imperfections fixed to take it to the next level.
