“Foxy Lady”
Introduced in 1964 on very short notice, the Mustang is currently the longest-produced Ford car nameplate. They are in their seventh generation and is the fifth-best selling car by Ford. The “Pony Car” segment has seen its rivalry over the years, referring to highly styled, sporty coupes that initially were distinguished by a long hood and short deck. Initially Ford wanted to sell 100,000 units for 1965, instead over 400,000 units were produced making it the most successful vehicle launch since the Ford Model A in 1927. This particular unmolested example has excellent low mileage, original paint, interior and top and is in good driver condition with everything in working order including the power top and all windows. A updated Bluetooth stereo has replaced the original but comes with the car as does the original owners manuals, keys and boot cover. This beauty starts right up, idles perfectly and quietly. It drives, shifts and brakes exactly how it should with no known flaws. It does not leak or smoke, does not rattle or make funky noises going down the road. It really does bring back some good memories of the late 80's and or early 90's. A new rubber seal kit comes with the car as there are some areas of door trim that are getting dry. The seats are in good condition with slight wear as you might expect from the age. These are really fun cars to drive for the money and are quickly entering in to collector car status as “Modern Collectibles”
