Powered by a supercharged high-output 6.2-liter Hemi V8. Originally factory rated at 797 horsepower and 707 lb-ft of torque, which was increased to 807 horsepower and 707 lb-ft of torque as part of the Jailbreak package that added a high-performance engine controller. The engine is also equipped with an After-Run Chiller and an SRT Power Chiller, the latter of which utilizes the air conditioning refrigerant to cool the air entering the intake ports. A “Last Call” plaque is affixed under the hood near the driver-side headlight. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is optioned with a 3.09:1 rear axle ratio.
The seating surfaces are upholstered in Sepia Laguna leather with embroidered Hellcat logos on the front backrests, and carbon-fiber trim accents the instrument panel and center console. The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel is mounted to a tilting and telescoping steering column and frames a red 220-mph speedometer and 7k-rpm tachometer along with a configurable digital display. Braking is handled by red-finished Brembo six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers.
