Chevelle

Description

Ground-Up Built Chevelle Convertible Resto Mod 6.2L LS3/495hp V8 6-spd Manual A/C.

Ready to roll into any car show or cruise night, this pristine Chevelle is the beneficiary of a body-off rotisserie restoration. The nut-and-bolt rebuild, conducted by the professionals at Tony's Muscle Cars in Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania's did a great job dressing the solid sheet metal in a rich coat of Tuxedo Black 2-stage paint. This incredible Chevy has traditional style and modern performance.

Officially known as the Chevrolet Performance LS376/480, this muscle car engine twists respectable 10.7 to 1 compression into 495 horsepower and 473 lb./ft. of torque. Behind that powerhouse is a McLeod hydraulic clutch helping the Tremec T56 Magnum 6-speed spin the power to a tough 12-bolt axle that holds 4.10 gears and a posi-traction differential.

Stopping all that power is drilled and slotted rotors, with the help of Wilwood 4 and 6-piston calipers. Lucid power steering complements a modernized suspension that is finished with a larger front sway bar, a factory rear sway bar, tubular front control arms and adjustable rear control arms. And at all four corners is Nitto Invo redlines, sized 245/40R18 and 275/40R20, wrapped around chromed Ridler 645s.

Check out the car's clean interior and you'll find a familiar muscle car feel that's had modern convenience integrated where it counts. The seats are heavily bolstered and sourced directly from TMI. The monochromatic dash has Dakota Digital VHX telemetry with modern, direct-fit audio and components for Vintage Air conditioning. The driver enjoys the car's power through a long Hurst shifter and a billet steering wheel.

If you're in the market for a choice boulevard bruiser that's a blast to show off and even more fun to drive, your search is officially over!
