One of those fans, a Texan by the name of Carroll Shelby, spent most of his life building a well-deserved reputation for serious performance and record setting speed. And even at the fiery age of 89, he was STILL inspiring enthusiasts to push their creations to the point of borderline unbelievable.

Take a classic color combination and meld it with a high performance power plant, wrap it in a beautiful yet iconic design, throw in plenty of creature comforts, then put that biting snake badging on it, and you have yourself a real muscle car. Oh, and don't drive it too much…but a mere 14,254 miles between 2 owners, and it's time to test yourself with some arm drops and send your friends/enemies to the trailer.

Exterior
Donned with Performance White, and smattered with Vista Blue Striping, perfect gapped and laser straight body panels adorn the exterior of this beast. From the Cobra badged grille with its bright headlights, and valance imbedded fog lamps, to the back splitter and faux machined gas cap, this car is a true original in every sense. SVT alloy wheels attract even more attention but only when they are not spinning at high speed.

Interior
A push of the keyless remote and you are enveloped in black leather heaven, grabbed by the front buckets. Crank up the Shaker 1000 Watt stereo, wrap your hands around the leather steering wheel, and the 6-speed transmission short shifter. Experience the convenience of cruise control, power steering, power anti lock distribution braking, traction control, and climate control. Bring along 2 more friends and put them in the back 2 plus 2 seating bench where you all can experience the get up and go!

Drivetrain
Breathe in 500hp produced from a 5.4 liter EFI V8 with a supercharger thrown on. Glide through all 6 gears in the T56 (TR060) transmission, and you'll find yourself doing a 12.5 seconds and 116 MPH on the quarter mile.

Undercarriage
Nary a mark to be seen underneath, as this car has spent its life in a climate controlled garage. Noted are Brembo ventilated brakes, Macpherson strut, independent front suspension, and a 3-link with panhead bar rear suspension.

Drive-Ability
Yup! It's definitely drivable, and it's definitely powerful. The candles lit right up, and after a warmup we took off into the sunset. This car is truly awesome on many levels, and me and my test track smarty, did not want it to end. Sadly it did though because I'm writing this. A smiler for your face kinda car.

A quality build with plenty of power, and special badging to bring feelings of envy to your pals, and feelings of acceleration and speed to your seat. A truly nearly perfect example of muscle that is here for the flexing. Giddyup horsey.
