GR Auto Gallery of Indianapolis is pleased to present this one of a kind 2015 COPO Camaro. This COPO Camaro has a title that can be transferred. The exterior is a beautiful red that is over the much desired black interior. Under the hood is an aluminum Naturally Aspirated 427 LS7 engine. Inside the aluminum block is all the best parts that you would expect in a Factory Hot Rod. Callies crankshaft and connecting rods, Mahle pistons and rings, Chevrolet Performance billet hydraulic roller camshaft with Chevrolet Performance roller lifters. Fully CNC'ed LS7 cylinder heads sit on top of the short block. A Holley/Chevrolet Performance "High Ram" intake completes the build that produces an NHRA Horsepower Rating of 430 but true net horsepower is around 700. An ATI Treemaster 8" convertor spins inside the ATI Turbo 400 transmission with an SFI approved "Super Case". All the power is transferred to a Strange 9" Ford read end. The interior is clean and has all the needed gauges and switches need to monitor and run this like new Camaro. An NHRA 8.50 cage, RJS belts, Hurst Quarterstick shifter, Bogart wheels, Hoosier and Mickey Thompson tires help get the power to the ground. This is a vehicle built for one thing... RACE!!! The year 2012 also saw the relaunch of the COPO Camaro, based on the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro. Designed as an homage to the 1969 car of the same name, the COPO Camaro is a factory-built NHRA Stock Eliminator. Only 69 COPOs were built and purchasing opportunities were offered using a random selection process. The cars had three engine options: a naturally aspirated 427 and two supercharged 327 engines, and they had a 2-speed PowerGlide automatic transmission. At the 2012 SEMA show, Chevrolet Performance announced it would offer another 69 COPOs for the 2013 model year
