Powering the Mustang is Ford SVT's 5.4L supercharged V8 mated to a Tremec 6-speed gearbox. The 5.4 powerplant produces an impressive 500 hp from the factory, which launches the mustang 0-60 in less than 5 seconds.

This example has been owned by an enthusiast for the last 10 years and only has 6,553 miles on it. The car is optioned with the Shaker 1000 audio system. This Shelby was the top dog of the Mustangs when it was produced with mind-blowing hp numbers from the factory. The GT 500 was featured in Hemmings Muscle Machines in June of 2013.
