Vintique Motors is thrilled to present this 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Coupe!

This '70 Chevelle SS 454 Coupe is the product of an extensive nut and bolt 2-year rotisserie restoration to exacting standards. Originally Cranberry Red with an automatic transmission, the original 454ci V8 was long gone when it was exhumed. It is now fully restored to show car quality with a custom mix champaign metallic paint with black stripes over black interior. Under the hood sits a professionally built fuel injected 454ci V8 that produced 529hp and 555 lb. ft. of torque on the engine dyno. It exhausts through a 3" dual exhaust with Flowmaster 40 mufflers and has electronic Spelab exhaust cutouts. All that power is connected to a Tremec 5-speed with a hydraulic clutch routed through a 12-bolt posi rear-end.

Additional build features include Vintage Air heat and A/C, Dakota Digital guages, a Holley Sniper Fi-Tech fuel injection system, Weiand aluminum intake manifold, Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, Hellweg boxed frame, SPC upper and lower control arms, QA1 coil over shocks, UMI front and rear stabilizer bars, 4-wheel disc brakes, and a RetroSounds stereo system. It is also equipped with power steering and power brakes.

This build has 916 miles since completion and runs tight and right. Accompanying the sale is a 4” binder full of all the build receipts as well as a 29-page book containing all of the build process photos from start to finish. This is a restomod that you simply cannot pass over as the restoration quality is superb with perfect panel gaps, paint finish that is show quality, and rides and performs like a modern sports car all in the iconic '70 Chevelle SS 454 package that turns heads anywhere you drive.
