Real AAR 'Cuda, Signed by Dan Gurney, Original Paint
One of the best race car drivers in the USA, Dan Gurney was recruited by Plymouth to field a team of Barracudas for the 1970 Trans Am season. The name for this venture was “All American Racers” which led to his race car becoming the AAR. A limited production run of AAR 'Cudas was released by Plymouth for homologation, which featured the 340 CID small block V8 with a set of three two-barrel Holley carburetors known as the “Six Pack.” This exceptionally original example has been signed by Dan Gurney on several occasions, and has been lovingly preserved by one family since 1972! Wearing its original “Sassy Grass Green” paint with black vinyl decals, this Plymouth is an attention-grabbing treasure of American automotive history. The vehicle includes impressively comprehensive service and ownership records, books/publications, and some spare parts.
