Powering this iconic vehicle is the original 400ci V8 motor mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. This stunning ride has been in the same family since the 1970s.
It received a rotisserie restoration 10 years ago. The car is PHS registered and fully documented. When the 400 v8 was rebuilt it was bored .030 over. Many other notable highlights include a T56 swap with Weir Hotrod Bellhousing and cross-member, the 1968 160mph speedometer was converted to electric to match up with the transmission, rebuilt original carburetor, 670 heads, high torque mini-starter, electric cooling fans, aluminum radiator, new quarters/floors/fenders/head, ceramic coated repro ram air headers,cross over exhaust, Flowmaster 44s, new interior and new convertible top, Retrosound radio with hidden antenna and USB input, powder coated suspension and inner fenders, Offset A-arm cross bars to add camber for modern tires, 16 inch torque thrust II wheels, disc brake conversion all around, Auburn posi-traction rear end with 3.36 gears, original glass/trim/emblems, Re-chromed front and rear bumpers, POR-15 was put on the underside, Titanium Pearl Paint.
