GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1949 Dodge Coronet Club coupe recently acquired from a private collection. Originally sold in California, it came to us from Texas. This modified coupe boasts an exceptional list of upgrades that make it more comfortable for modern day cruising while still sporting it's classic look.
This 1949 Coronet coupe is powered by a small block chevy 350 V8 paired to a turbo 350 transmission with dual exhaust. The interior is in exceptional shape with red mohair seats and an all original dash and gauges. Adding to the comfort is vintage air with an under dash unit as well as an AM/FM cassette player, and a tilt GM steering column. The body is very clean and shows well with an older respray. All of the trim shines well and is great condition.The front end has been swapped with a Camaro subframe to improve handling and braking. Other highlights include a Holley dual feed carburetor, auxiliary temperature gauge, electric cooling fans, power brakes with dual master cylinder, aluminum driveshaft, 10 bolt Chevrolet rear end, vent windows and exceptional stock trim.
