Back in the 60's, Carroll Shelby convinced Hertz to order Shelby Mustang's for their Rent-A-Racer program, giving birth to the GT350H cars! This tribute pays homage to the original cars and it's sporting a mirror-like Black Exterior Paint finish with Gold Stripes, Shelby Style Scoops and Rear Quarter Windows, Hood with Hood Pins, 15'' Magnum 500 Wheels with Hertz Center Caps and BFGoodrich Radial T/A Tires, Chrome Bumpers, Polished Trim, and Polished Exhaust Tips! Under the hood sits a Ford 289ci V8 Engine which is what powered the original cars back in the 60's! This powerplant is fed by a Holley 600 CFM 4-Barrel Carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake Manifold sits beneath it. Mated to the engine is a Borg Warner T5 5-Speed Manual Transmission and a Ford 8'' Waffle Case Rear End with approximately 3.00:1 Gears and an Open Differential. This Mustang is a blast to drive and it's also equipped with Power Steering and Power Front Disc Brakes! The front brakes even have the added air scoops to help cool them during use!
